Warranty

Built to last. Aeris Style includes a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labour. If something goes wrong (outside of accidental damage), we’ve got you covered.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our warranty does not reduce any rights you have under ACL. We will require your proof of purchase receipt to process your claim. If you have purchased the item via the Aeris Style website there is no need to supply your receipt if the purchase is within 2 years as we already have your purchase details.
